Rensselaer County, NY- December 10, 2011- Radio City Rockette, Chrystie Kenny Greco, proudly introduces CK Dance Company.  Chrystie just recently returned from New York City, where she has been performing as a Radio City Rockette for twelve years.  Chrystie began dancing at age five, in Albany with Marge Tynan, and continued through high school and college. Chrystie graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in Dance, and went on to realize her childhood dream of becoming a Radio City Rockette.

   As a Rockette, Chrystie had many appearances on national television, performing on such programs as Dancing With The Stars, The Ellen Degeneres Show, NBC’s annual Rockefeller Tree Lighting, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and NBC’s  The Today Show, and more.  In 2011, Chrystie appeared in the Macy’s Backstage commercial starring Donald Trump, Martha Stewart, P. Diddy Combs, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Simpson. She has had the pleasure of being part of countless print campaigns for Radio City and even found herself on the side of the NYC Greyline buses and a billboard in Times Square. 

   Over the past twelve years, Chrystie has had a wide variety of experience s in dance and fitness.  She traveled abroad with Royal Caribbean International, first as Dance Captain, then Assistant Choreographer and Rehearsal Director, working with choreographers from Hubbard Street Dance Chicago and River North Chicago.  In 2005,  She completed the Allegro Series certification program, of Polestar Pilates, and taught Pilates to other dancers and adults in NYC for two years.   Chrystie has been a guest artist, choreographer and competition adjudicator across the United States, and has observed, first hand, what the habits and developmental needs are of dancers at every stage.   

 On December 10, 2011, Chrystie will officially open the doors of CK Dance Company for open registration into the Dance and Adult Fitness programs, with classes beginning on January 9, 2012.  The full Dance Curriculum will include, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Creative Movement for pre-schoolers.  The Adult Fitness program will offer classes in Pilates Mat, Ballet Barre Fitness, Stretch & Strengthen, and ZUMBA.
