  • Come experience yoga in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Welcome to Yana Yoga (formerly Be Strong Yoga). In my classes I try to keep things light and fun, but challenging and focused. I work to help my students integrate the mind, body and breath in a way that leaves them feeling calm, yet strong and renewed. My teaching style is a mix of different styles, but mainly Vinyasa (for people who have no clue what that means... it simply means that I often sync the breath with movement).     Monday 6:15 (Gentle/Stretching)
    Tuesday 5:30 (Beginner, 5 Week Class)
    Tuesday 7:00 - 8:15 (Invigorating Flow*)
    Wednesday 9:30  (Invigorating Flow*)
    Friday 
    9:30  (Invigorating Flow*)
    Saturday 9:00  (Invigorating Flow*)

    *Some experience suggested for Invigorating Flow.
