I have at least 20 hours a week for you to use.  Paint. Clean. Disinfect. Prevent. Replace.  General hours are 9a- 2p.  Some days and weekends are extended.  Non-smoker/drinker, clean and organized work area. 

Rate ($20hr) includes:

• primer/paint (Behr-Ceiling: white; Walls: linen white; Trim: ultra pure white

Replaced if broken:

• wall/receptacle plates (nylon type)
• toilet seat (one per apt.)
• bulbs (60w ecosmart)
• door knob (standard type)
