The Children's Edu-Care Learning Center is located at the Waterford United Methodist Church, 126 Middletown Road, Waterford, NY across from the Waterford Halfmoon School Complex.  The Learning Center places a special focus on providing a stimulating and caring environment where children discover that learning is fun and their imagination becomes a window to their own creativity.

The learning center is offering classes on Tuesday and Thursday for 3 year olds, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for ages 3 and 4 and a Pre-K program on  Monday thru Friday for ages 4 and 5.
