The Spinney at Pond View is a "55 and better" active adult community in the heart of Castleton-On-Hudson, NY!  Our community allows you to right size your life while living amongst your peers.  Our cottages feature one-story living, meaning no more stairs to climb and no one living above or below you, attached direct-access garages, private front porches and back patios, high-end finishes, washer/dryers, internet and cable included, and so much more.  We have also started construction on our next phase of cottages, as well as our expansive Community Center featuring an outdoor pool, fitness center, activity room, library, and fireplace, where we will hold resident events so you can have some fun and meet your neighbors!
