- My name is Tamara Flanders and I am a Holistic Health Counselor. I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association for Drugless Practitioners. I offer a selection of services that are all geared towards helping you realize and reach your goals in health and nutrition. I am located in Saratoga county, and serve the areas of Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, and Troy. Services are also available over the phone for those who are not local. I believe firmly in the connection between the mind and body when it comes to health and wellness. My counseling services will take you through not only optimizing your health through the foods that you eat, but by looking at your life and helping you find balance and joy in all that you do. I offer private personal counseling as well as groups, public and private seminars and classes, corporate wellness, and natural whole foods cooking classes.
