On behalf of myself and many others I would like to thank Mr. Tom Ryan of The Canal Corp. for his continued efforts in keeping honest, hard working, and QUALIFIED individuals from getting ahead in life by constantly appointing friends to jobs which they are not qualified for by bending the rules and making calls on thier behalf at the expense of those who play by the rules and have taken and passed the required civil service tests for the positions. It must be great to skate through life not actually having to try! So a BIG THANK YOU TOM.
